1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NexusWork AI services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use NexusWork AI services for personal or commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not modify or copy the service materials
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NexusWork AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, and publish your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

NexusWork AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NexusWork AI harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexusWork AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
